Real Estate Invest Fest was created to bring the real estate community together in one room — investors, entrepreneurs, lenders, contractors, service providers, and industry leaders.

Milwaukee is where it starts.

The goal is simple: create an event where real relationships are built, businesses are discovered, deals are discussed, and opportunities are created.

This is the first Real Estate Invest Fest — and we intend to make it the beginning of something much bigger. Year one is Milwaukee. The vision is a national real estate event brand, with Real Estate Invest Fest 2027, 2028, and beyond expanding into additional cities.
